Return Policy

To ensure a smooth return process, please review the guidelines below. An original sales receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Window

We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 7 calendar days of the product’s delivery date. After 7 days, returns are no longer eligible for a refund; however, at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit.

Condition Requirements

All returned items must be in new, uninstalled, and unaltered condition, meaning:

  • Not listed as non‑returnable in the product description
  • No signs of wear, installation, or damage
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Not a special-order or custom-built item
  • Not listed as non‑returnable in the product description

Incorrect of Damaged Shipments

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or shipped incorrectly, contact Customer Support immediately.
Products that arrive defective from us or items you did not order but received by mistake qualify for a refund or store credit.

Inspection & Restocking

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any shipment that is refused, abandoned, or deemed undeliverable will be refunded minus all associated costs, including but not limited to:

  • Processing
  • Repackaging
  • Customs or duty fees
  • Damage or demurrage
  • Credit card processing fees
  • Inspection and handling fees
